White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Tuesday that President Joe Biden has not ruled out using executive orders for gun control.
When asked if Biden still intended to use executive action on gun control – a vow made during his campaign – Psaki responded, “The president has a range of actions at his disposal … he hasn’t ruled out either of those options.”
Biden’s campaign website boasted about his record working with legislative and executive actions during the Obama administration, pointing to “two dozen actions” the administration took after Biden was tasked with heading gun control measures.
Biden’s campaign website also stated, “Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons,” in addition to working with Congress to “ban the manufacture and safe of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.”

He can promote economic blockade of firearms related banking by EO and bully pulpit.
Buying guns is hard when you’re not allowed to by bureaucratic friction.
Feeding guns is hard when the consumable is not available.
Using guns is hard when any public movement is harassed.
I get your point, but if I have to fight for my wife’s life with the best self-defense tool available then I will. Better than her being killed or worse by home invaders.

I want to see more counter-executive orders from red state governors. The governor in Oklahoma showed some stones last week. It’s time for the rest to stand up.
Absolutely.
But here is something to think about:
In many states, when someone is killed during the commission of a felony it is murder. Doesn’t matter WHO is killed. For instance if one of the perps is killed the other perp gets charged with murder.
So, if someone defends himself, his family, and his stuff with an unregistered or proscribed weapon that will be a felony there is a fair to middlin’ chance that a woketard DA will charge him with murder.
And that is, as far as the Swamp is concerned, a feature, not a bug.

Under Trump The ATF arbitrarily and illegally made bump stocks illegal and started going after pistol braces. What were the consequences of those actions? Under our non-Constitutional government it appears they can do whatever they want. It’s up to us decide whether we will comply.

My fear is that SecDef Austin has already determined to mark these wonderful men for extended stays at “re-education” camps.
There is no gun law Congress can pass that would be Constitutional, legitimate government or not.
The constitution null and void for the next four years party rules.
