Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina was formally reprimanded by his state Republican party on Monday night after he voted to convict Donald Trump - making him the third of the seven Republicans who turned on their former president to be punished.
All three have been formally censured - a censure from the party being essentially a public reprimand that lets party activists voice their disapproval.
Three more are likely to be censured, with only Lisa Murkowski of Alaska expected to escape the reprimand from her state party, while it's uncertain if Utah's GOP leaders will bend to a petition to censure Romney.

The Utah Caucus , to its great credit, made Romney the second choice. Unfortunately the primary voters made the mistake of picking the more famous man.
It seems like the Republican party is there to give an illusion of choice.
We can vote for the Republican, but the Swamp selects which fake conservative Republican we can vote for.
If a real conservative gets on the ballot, the Swamp does the counting and tells us who won.
Mitt isn’t up for reelection until 2023. In Mormon Utah, he won’t lose unless people contribute money to his challenger.

Since the 2016 campaign, Glenn Beck and his wife have done a complete 180 on President Trump.
I heard Glenn Beck say, on the eve of the election, that he never gives money to political candidates, but he’s giving money to Trump “not so much for the election, but for the post-election.” Maybe Beck saw what was coming.
Beck was especially impressed when President Trump moved the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, saying, “Many presidents have said they were going to do it, but Trump is the president that lived up to his campaign promise and actually did.”
I believe that Glenn Beck and the president are on good terms now....after all, Glenn Beck was invited to the White House Christmas party in December and he attended.
Toomey wanted to run for Governor now with Masteriano possibly entering the race he would have lost anyway
I think they lose there senate sexual assault special fund, their bad check writing access and hopefully their job. Pathetic.
This is why There needs to be a new party created by Trump.
