Remember what they did to Scalia and Epstein and Foster and Brown and Breitbart, etc...
Because the truth is always important. Even if the principal players involved pull some shenanigans or simply weasel out, at least it will be on record. Unless we are ready to just roll over and die, the long view is at least a view. Even a defeat in this situation is better than it never happening.
I think it was Winston Churchill who said there may come a time to resist without hope. Even if it appears hopeless, we must resist as we can. At this time these suits offer the best hope to regain hope.
I certainly hope this is true. Powell, Wood, et. al. will lose, of course, and the true believers will have their excuses ready: the SC justices have been bought out by the CCP, the SC justices and their families are being threatened by ANTIFA, the SC justices are members of a child-sacrificing satanic cult, etc., etc.

I really believe the current majority of SC judges with the exception of Alito and Thomas are pure cowards afraid to do their duty because of a few threats. They KNOW the election was stolen. They should resign. The RESPECT millions of American people had for the SC will never be recovered EVER. There are MAYBE 2 Patriots on the Court.
Thank god the boys at Omaha Beach were not AFRAID to do their DUTY.

The article is wrong. These cases have been listed for consideration at the Court’s Feb. 19 conference. That means the Justices will meet non-publicly to consider whether to grant the Petitions for Certiorari, which would then mean full briefing and oral argument.

The more they browbeat, the less I believe them. If one day they are carted to the guillotine as their erstwhile admirers jeer at them, spit on them and throw trash at them, I will not feel in the least bit sorry for them. I will feel vindicated.

not on the 2020 elections, but a favorable decision could effect future elections.
If the truth comes out, it will further de-legitimize Joe Biden as president. And it won’t make the Democrats look good, either. Add to that, the increasing and inevitable proof that Biden is descending day by day into full blown senile dementia.
Kamala Harris has already been shown to be a fraud and a hypocritical political hack. Trump’s lawyers presented devastating videos of her egging on rioters, celebrating the destruction they perpetrated in city after city, and laughing about killing Trump and Pence. The lawyers put into the record her posting bail for jailed rioters. Anyone who saw all of that surely can’t have any respect for her, either.
I want the evidence of election fraud to be presented in some forum and entered into the official record. My suggestion—have Hawley and Gaetz and Jim Jordan and others each day, after the official business is finished, to read the evidence into the record. Just stand there on the floor of the House and Senate and read the Navarro report or the text of court cases, or the witness statements, or whatever they deem the most compelling and substantial charges concerning the fraud and intimidation and lies and unconstitutional acts of the 2020 election. Read it into the official record for posterity night after night. They should also contact the New Mexico State University professor who said he had pages of compelling evidence. Ask him to summarize it and they can present it for the record.
This shouldn’t just be the responsibility of shows like Bannon’s War Room or Mark Levin’s program. These senators and congressmen and women should take it upon themselves to spread it as well.

This is only about whether they will hear the cases or deep-six them. Only a very small percentage of cases even get beyond this stage.
