According to this legislation, which was passed by congress, President Trump retains control of the military until 60 days after the inauguration of a new President.
The full transition of power does not occur until March which reflects what is actually written in the US Constitution.
Meaning right now Biden does not have command of the military!

No, I don’t. What can the supreme court do that congress has not already finalized.
The names of electors are not on the ballot in most states. Rather, when a voter casts a vote for a presidential candidate, s/he is also casting a vote for the electors already selected by the party of that candidate. If a majority of voters in a state vote for the Republican candidate for president, the Republican slate of electors is elected. If a majority vote for the Democratic candidate, the Democratic slate of electors is chosen. However, there is no Constitutional provision or Federal law that requires electors to vote according to the results of the popular vote in their States.

There are several lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign challenging the results. President Trump’s team also announced that they are seeking a recount in Wisconsin. The deadline for resolving these disputes is known as the safe harbor deadline, which was Dec. 8.
Additionally, according to 3 U.S. Code § 15 - Counting electoral votes in Congress, the deadline for count is on six January in and he finalization of count is determined by the combination of the house and senate.
Now, that is the legal side. Here’s the criminal side. There are 18 people in jail as we speak that are being tried for voter fraud according to the FBI. We have trucks arriving at ballot locations without being certified but counted and put in the system. We have mail people post dating ballots to get them in. We have one mailman that got caught going across the border into Canada with ballots in his trunk. We have a box of ballots up here in my area in Smahamish on October 17 that was found on the side of the road. But to come up with a total of incorrect actions and trying them into someone worth getting, won’t be accomplished in my lifetime. Every one of the people I just mentioned are collateral damage for the Pelosi’s, the Schiffs, the Nadlers, and yes, the Harrises and the Bidens. But you will never tie them into it. So I ask you, you can’t find enough problems and get them within the system, taking out the people you have means nothing as they will go null and void, and they are going to do it again…so I ask you, what difference does it make?
The founders never considered this type of malfeasance because they considered politician honorable men. And those wishing to cheat the system have been changing it since the 1780’s. Took a while, but they made it.

We cannot give up. We cannot lose hope. America needs and deserves the Truth about the destruction of our voting systems. If the Courts close their eyes, then it is up to American citizens to open them.
They will go to conference on the 19th. I’ll be shocked if the Supremes agree to actually hear any of these cases.
