Ok, do I have the COVID-19 vaccination, I have the COVID-19 Passport in order to fly as do all the other passengers. I then come down, as do other passages with COVID-19. Who I sue?

Well this is to keep people out, not keep people in to do what Germany did on the left.

I don’t see it violating anyone’s Constitutional rights because there is no Constitutional right for me or you to visit any country. We get our US Passport and we rely on other countries to respect the US passport to let us in or not. If A country doesn’t want US citizens to visit, that is their right. If countries allow US citizens to visit but require a COVID-19 vaccine to do so, well then that is your choice to get it or not.

I plan to visit Italy again as soon as I can so if Italy requires it, I will get the vaccine.

Good news is that they give you proof after each shot. I haven’t gotten it yet due to age. But those that did get the shots are good to go.

Judging by your post I'm guessing that you're one of those who agree with mandatory vaccination and approve of "requiring proof" of being vaccinated.

Well my guess is European countries are already doing this. The US got 79.8 Million visitors from abroad in 2018. That is major impact of many city and state economies. My guess is this will be done by many countries and those that do not do it, will still be on a no travel list the rest of 2021.

The vaccines are experimental. International law forbids forcing people to participate in medical experiments against their will. Not that that will stop them, but it does put things in context and we should scream about this at the top of our lungs.
