Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said on Wednesday night that the Senate may “relitigate” the brouhaha between Sen. Mike Lee and the impeachment managers after Lee objected to how the managers characterized a report about a call former President Donald Trump made to Lee’s phone during the Capitol riot.
After making their argument over the last two days that Trump should be convicted of inciting an insurrection on the Capitol, the House impeachment managers will continue their case on Thursday. They may take up to eight hours, starting at noon, but it’s unclear if they will use all of their allotted time.

Swalwell used a doctored tweet to show @jenlawrence21 had a blue check (verified account). Her account has never had a blue check.

I can happily say I’ve watched none of it. The Republicans in the senate should all have refused to have anything to do with this unconstitutional fiasco. They should have said call us when its time to vote.
What is a blue check ?
Unlike regular legislation sessions, I thought that the participants, including the impeachment managers like Swalwell were ‘sworn in.’ This was the section of the Constitution they pretended to still obey.
Is Swalwell now a perjurer?

Twitter segregates its participants into groups. "Blue check" members have been "verified" as actually being the person they advertise to be. "Verified accurate person" is denoted by a "blue check" next to the phantom's name.
Liars lie ... hallmark of being a demon rat is lying, even when unnecessary. Swalwell should be wearing stripes on a twenty years incarceration of contemplating his navel not Fang Fang’s navel. Swealwell is a poster boy for the criminal enterprise Demonrats.

Do you know what I heard for sound? They had edited in a soundtrack of solemn scary music. Clearly there was not music in the background so why would they edit the tapes with music? Why are they tampering with the hearsay non-admissible evidence?
Oh that’s right, this isn’t serious, this is the Schumer/McConnell clown show and circus.
But are the Republicans complaining?
Most are just hoping Trump can be convicted without them taking any blame for it.
Fraud on Leahy’s court? By a dem senator? Not today, not ever.
This is such a charade.
