United Nations inspectors have found new evidence of undeclared nuclear activities in Iran, according to three diplomats briefed on the discovery, raising new questions about the scope of the country’s atomic ambitions.
Samples taken from two sites during inspections in the fall by the U.N.’s International Atomic Energy Agency contained traces of radioactive material, the diplomats said, that could indicate Iran has undertaken work on nuclear weapons, based on where it was found. The diplomats said they didn’t know the exact nature of what was found.
Last year, Iran blocked IAEA inspectors from checking the sites involved for seven months, leading to a standoff. Tehran has long denied that it has sought to make an atomic bomb and said all of its nuclear work is for peaceful purposes such as power generation and health care. There was no immediate comment from Iran on the findings.

Iran has the capability and existing infrastucture to assemble nuclear weapons in less than three months. Pakistan, with less of industrial infrastructure did it in even less time. A nuclear armed Iran is considered to be a real and imminent existential threat to Israel. It is highly doubtful that Netanyahu will leave office without dealing with this threat in a definitive manner. He does not dismiss the rants of the mullahs and the chanting crowds who scream “Death to Israel”. He is a student of history. He knows that Jewish leaders in the mid 1920’s in Germany had the power and means to deal with Hitler in his nascent stages. Tragically for the Jews and the world, they did not take the direct, preventative action that was needed.
When Israel decides to take definitive action against Iran’s nuclear capabilities there will be three critical arms. There will be stealthy F-35s with landing rights in Gulf states, stealthy drones and the activation of Mossad’s extensive network on the ground to sabotage, assasinate and paint targets.
However if you are the Director of Mossad, you have to be worried. It is possible and even likely that US NSA surveillance and CIA operations may have become aware of the details of Mossad’s Iranian operations. Now that Biden and the Left control those agencies and the anti Israel people have restablished control, how long will it be before the Mossad operation is revealed to the mullahs?
