The drops have to be fairly large in order for us to hear them hitting the windows. If it’s just lightly raining, we think we’re still hearing the wind.

It’s pretty much over now. Maybe a little drizzle.

That rain will come in very handy when it’s time for your bulbs to start coming up. Rain is a good lullaby, too. :)

We don’t have any bulbs planted over here and that’s one thing I miss about living at the other house. Looking out the windows and seeing pretty flowers blooming. I have to walk over there to admire them.

I imagine daffodils are already up. It won’t be all that cold tomorrow so I should mosey over there to take a look.

Oh, yeah, I forgot that they were at the other house. Do you ever plan to transplant some of them to the new place?

I'd like to transplant some of them but I'm not sure where to put them.

What I miss most is the view through the kitchen window when the dogwood blooms. Some of the kittehs liked it too. :-)

Did you get through the day without losing power?
It was windy here but not quite bad enough for a wind advisory.

Were you and Gizmo able to head out to Chisolm Trail Park for a while?

What a great picture! The kitties do look relaxed, for sure. I love dogwoods, and they won’t grow here.

Guess I’d better go. Another night last night of not sleeping. Hope for better tonight. See ya tomorrow. I gotta think of some tunes. LOL!

The window ledge is wide in that window and there was always at least one cat relaxing there.

There are dogwoods all over the area here. There are several in our woods. We have a red one planted in the front yard of this house but it isn’t easy to see from the windows. I noticed last week it is slam full of buds this year so it should be a beautiful sight this spring.

I hope you can start getting good nights’ sleep soon. No fun dragging through the day because you’re sleepy.

I just finished gathering up tunes for tomorrow night. Got a little head start on it for a change. LOL

It’s gonna get mighty cold here late next week so get ready to bundle up! It’ll be colder up there.

For us - - Wed. high 44, low 23. Thurs. high 32, low 15 with snow showers. Fri. high 22, low 8!
