Sounds sorta like the tail is wagging the dog. Are they going to find somebody they don’t like or is suspect and plant this stuff on them. Granted, I am isolated from the fringe of society, but I have not run across ANY of these symbols.

Too much blood and too much sacrifice have been given for dubious expeditions and adventures IMO. Fighting to win for well defined reasons is one thing, but shedding blood for open ended wars, nation building and protecting despots is something altogether different.
Too often our military is used as pawns. Trump did his best to end that abuse.
