According to reports, President Trump is working with top GOP officials to make a return to the political arena. In an interview Thursday, long-time Trump adviser Corey Lewandowski said the President is actively recruiting candidates for the 2022 elections with plans to hold Democrats and some Republicans accountable.
Lewandowski went on to confirm President Trump has access to hundreds of millions of dollars raised during his campaign last year and he intends to use that money to pull control of government away from Democrats. Allies of Joe Biden are reportedly concerned considering a number of top Trump officials have held on to their positions and may assist the upcoming red wave.
His comments came as President Trump was meeting with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy in South Florida. According to Save America, the President’s leadership PAC, the two discussed the GOP’s efforts to retake control of the House in 2022.
“Republicans are always focused on putting the people first before politics and we will continue to do that work,” stated McCarthy. “In this next Congress, we might not be able to schedule the floor, but we are going to run the floor.”

No. None of this. The US must propagate total. election. reform. that, as a side-effect of reform, deprecates Dominion and any platform that does not adhere to model reform laws. And there is a way to do it.

The GOP needs very strong leadership otherwise they don’t fight.....they’ve spent decades ‘playing’ politics with the left while the Dems fight tooth and nail to win. Trumps had 4 yrs. just helping them find their spine. HOW to fight as one unit they’re still basically too divided......get rid of the Rinos completely!
Well that’s the question? How do we stop Democrats from stealing elections? There are two things that have to be done.
We have to get rid of the snakes in Michigan, the governor and his SOS. Next Dominion corruption has to be exposed fully. There are many other things to do but these two things MUST be done.
And we have to do these things while keeping the Biden administration from undermining our rights.

The voters need to FEEL the PAIN in their WALLETS and in their FREEDOMS brought on by the figurehead Biden and his supporting cast.
Time for honest and patriotic Americans to move out these RINOs and appeasers for the Marxist’s!!! It is time that we elected new blood of true conservatives. People say: “Yes, vote the bums out. Put in new blood!!” HOWEVER, in the same sentence they say “their guy/gal” are great and it is EVERYONE else’s reps that need to go. NO, it is time for the grand majority of them to go. It is time for an honest check-up of our “side” of the fence. It is time for true, American loving, Patriotic Americans to come forth and be elected. Young, strong in heart for the nation, Christian, conservatives. THAT is what we need.
This still sounds like the legal basis was somehow related to "minority rights" affirmative action law and not the general populus. I'm from Louisiana, so am more familiar with the desegregation cases.
The Elections Clause, Art. I, §4, cl. 1, provides: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the places of chusing Senators.” The Clause empowers Congress to pre-empt state regulations governing the “Times, Places and Manner” of holding congressional elections. The question here is whether the federal statutory requirement that States “accept and use” the Federal Form pre-empts Arizona’s state-law require ment that officials “reject” the application of a prospective voter who submits a completed Federal Form unaccompanied by documentary evidence of citizenship.
