Agree that this particular ruling probably won’t make it up, no indication as to how many ballots were in this category. The good news is the precedent it establishes for the next election - each pillar for fraud that can be taken down will increase the likelihood of a fair election.
Trump’s legal team can use this Virginia case to show there was election fraud. Since the judge decided this on Monday, ABC and CBS hasn’t covered this story on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

You should not doubt that Trump is not going to end the fight to expose the election fraud. This always was a PR battle and Trump believes he can leverage the issue in 2022.
