House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told reporters Thursday the upcoming impeachment trial for former President Donald Trump is about the “protection of the constitution and the preservation of our republic.”
The 80-year-old California lawmaker made the remarks while speaking to reporters during Thursday’s press conference, explaining that Democrats will “insist upon the integrity and fairness of the proceedings” while recognizing the role that the Senate plays.

We have to trash the Constitution in order to save the Constitution.

It is about NOT having the reality of their party wide CRIMINAL actions being revealed— as partners of foreign interference in our Federal Elections. Not to mention the other ways they have gotten kickbacks from foreign countrys— like Ukraine.
It is about preventing this ever being uncovered and removal from power of these very evil actors— especially the rather obvious linkage with the Chinese Communist world domination plans, and their employment. (Swallowell, Warner, Pelosi, Schumer-— and many many more. They are petrfified at the persistance of this pursuit- for it is beyond just Trump).
Trump protected the Constitution.
Demonrats destroy it.
Nasty Pelousy is a liar. She doesn’t know what truth is and serves a most evil one.
I used to think that Hilary Clinton in a position of power would be the worst case scenario for the country.
