You’ll sleep like a log tonight. I hope there isn’t much to do so you can conk out early.

Tomorrow’s supposed to be colder than today. LOL
I’ll have to take a bag of scooped litter box ‘yuck’ out at some point and will check it then.
There wasn’t much rain in this part of the state today. It was well north of us except for a few scattered showers. We’ll be rain-free until late Saturday.

That’ll be good to be rain-free for a few days. Wish we weren’t. It’s soooo dry here. I dread the windy spring season. Ugh. Dusty skies.

We need some rain and were hoping for a little, at least, today. Maybe we’ll get luck Sunday.
You do need rain badly down there. It’s been really dry the past year.

We got less than 10 inches for the entire 12 months last year. I’m sure hoping for better this year. But it’s not off to a good start.

Good evening, luvie...sounds like you are making good progress...busy, busy.
Eating is a good thing, and being hungry is even better...keep up your strength.

Indeed, my appetite is slowly returning, though there are many things I liked to eat before I got sick that I can’t even think of eating now.
That’s ok. Losing a few pounds could be the only bonus to this. LOL!

Whoa! I knew you hadn’t gotten much rain but didn’t realize it was THAT low an amount!
We’ve gotten 3 inches this month, so far, and still have the weekend to go. It would have to be a flood to bring us up to the 9.5 inches we got last January.

LOL! I’ve been nodding off for the last hour. A shower and bed are slated for the near future.

I hope you don’t get flooded again. That’s just about as much fun as being dry as a bone.
I know it’s the desert, but it was extremely dry last year. I keep hoping for some in the next month to hold down the sandstorms of March.

We aren’t starting out as wet as the last two years so maybe it’ll be a more normal spring as far as rainfall goes. We just hope it doesn’t turn out to be a really dry year.
Yeah, even though you’re in the desert, you should have gotten a little more rain than you did. That was awful. I hope this year isn’t a repeat.

Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
How was your outing at Wichita Ridge yesterday? Comfy enough to stay out there for a while or did the cold cut your trip short?

It went really well. It was cold but at the least the sung was out.
And, I got these two awesome head shots of Gizmo.
Plus, this shot of Giz getting a treat from me while we were in the bathroom.
The rest of the pics:
We plan on doing Chisolm Trail Park later today.
