Tulsi Gabbard: Democrats Are Trying to Turn America into a ‘Police State’

During an appearance on FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Tuesday, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) discussed her claim Democrats were attempting to turn America into a police state.

She explained she took exception to comments from former CIA Director John Brennan and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on how they proposed to deal with perceived threats to public safety.

I actually don't want to like her -- she was a Bernie girl, for crying out loud, so how does a far left Democrat appeal to conservatives?

But if I can set all that aside (big "if"), Maj. Gabbard is my kind of gal, she melts my heart when she speaks, and I keep hoping she'll say something I disagree with, so I won't like her so much!

I read she is not going to run again in her district (Hawaii?). She should carpetbag and change to Republican and replace a RINO. With as much sense as she makes about various issues, I never understood why she is a Democrat. But then, never really researched all her positions.

Still, I like the Lady and is a refreshing change from all the harpies in the Dem/Soc/Comm party. She could go far if she goes all out conservative. She is articulate, informed, personable, a Vet, not to mention easy on the eyes. Since this country is now about "cult of personality" since Clinton days, she could be a winner.
