Another day in bizarro world!

Vincent Southerland, govt director of the Middle on Race, Inequality, and the Legislation on the New York College Faculty of Legislation, stated that Maxwell’s declare was viable.

“THE TRUTH THAT SHE’S A WHITE LADY ELEVATING THIS DECLARE ABOUT HAVING A GRAND JURY POOL THAT’S NOT CONSULTANT OF THE JURISDICTION THE PLACE SHE’S BEING TRIED — WHEREAS IT COULD BE JARRING ON ITS FACE, IT’S SORT OF NICELY THROUGHOUT THE BOUNDS OF THE METHODS WHEREIN THESE KIND OF CLAIMS GET RAISED,” SOUTHERLAND STATED. “IF IT’S UNFAIR FOR HER, THEN IT’S UNFAIR FOR EVERYONE.”

(Original in all caps).

It’d be great if the judge was black. How’d you think that would play? What an insult to Africken Americans.

That statement seems rather illiterate.

I think in some cases, the people involved should be taken to the public square, stripped, and beaten with sticks.

And then told: “Motion denied.”

Good grief. Southerland made it through law school? I’ve never seen such a garbled statement in my entire life.

IN a sane world, that should be laughed out of court. Her own lawyers who had the opportunity to dismiss jurors during the selection process.
But we’re not living in a sane world.

Great. If I’m ever in trouble I will claim the jury are not my peers. I’m sure that will go over well.

Is she the woman in the audience that Hillary Clinton was always waving to at big appearances?

Could see it now: "But Your Honor, I've never seen any of these jury members at the money laundering expo. They are all just a bunch of marks, not peers of mine."

“Her own lawyers who had the opportunity to dismiss jurors during the selection process.”

This filing is with regard to the grand jury. Her lawyers had no input as to the jurors nor were they allowed to attend the hearing.

Thanks for clearing that up!
So they objecting to something that can indict a ham sandwich (per Rush Limbaugh)?
Still sounds like ‘Motion Denied.’

Interesting. She thinks she stands a chance with a jury with more black people?

In the United States???

Yeah, let’s load the jury up with BLM folks and see how that works out for her.
