Too much Taco Bell wolfed down during lunchtime.
Unfortunately the Republican governor up here is more like a traditional old-school Democrat. I can easily see him being pressured into appointing a Dem rather than a Repub if Leahy’s seat needs to be filled.
He’s only popular because he’s an utter milquetoast.
Any Republican he might appoint would be much like Collins of Maine, if he didn’t appoint a Dem.
They get rich off the taxpayers and seem content to stay in politics until they die from old age. Although he’s certainly not the oldest. Dont they have any kind of life outside of the swamp? Feinstein is 87 and wants to run again. It’s sad.
Leahy is the only elected Democratic Senator in Vermont’s history.
He’s 80 years old. Preparing for this Stalinist show trial is probably the most work he has done in decades.
That would be a good thing. We would be free of them at last.

May the spirits of those braves US agents who lost their lives because Leahy leaked their names and sticks lives, my they not torment him too much.

Yeah, I went for 7 tacos there once. That was one too many but I kept it down, LOL.
Now in college, 6 tacos and a jar of picante sauce. There’s some fine dining.
Same with Jack in the Box. 6 is about right.
One time in Texas they accidentally gave me a 7th one. Well, it was just gonna get thrown out. So.......
It was a Jack in the Box right next to 45 coming out of Dallas and heading south.
