New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio agree that indoor dining will not return to the city anytime soon, citing a continuous surge in COVID-19 cases.
Cuomo said during a Monday press conference that while he plans to ease some New York COVID-19 restrictions starting Wednesday, "the indoor dining in New York City is a New York City-specific condition" and the state is "not at this point contemplating any changes" to the ban.
De Blasio, after urging people to stay home if they can and take mass transit if they have to amid harsh weather conditions in the city during a Tuesday briefing, said "outdoor dining will be open" despite the snow.
"Bundle up. Stay warm out there," he said.

Even though New York State’s own study found that practically cases are spread at indoor restaurants. Ignore the science! That’s the real agenda of the despotic Communists posing as Democrats.
Bringing back indoor dining could lead to some, uh, freedom, and we can’t have that.

I was out eating in Red Bank New Jersey three days ago. Every table was full. Everybody was having a great time. Food was awesome and we ate in the upstairs cigar lounge. College hoops on the television. F NYC.
Listen all you fine N.Y. eating establishments. Florida is open for business and here we are always looking for good food.
So why not close your N.Y. City restaurant and open it here in Florida.
Could us a few N.Y. Pizza parlors here as well as a great stage Deli.

Where we live in Fort Lauderdale there are some great Jewish delis and more great Italian restaurants than you could ever hope to visit. Sadly, Chinese restaurants are few and far between and the ones we’ve tried are simply awful.

Regarding unpopular, politically correct lockdowns for example, patriots need to work with their state lawmakers to establish the following checks and balances on state lockdown powers, particularly to prevent activist states from using lockdowns to oppress the people for political purposes like Democratic-controlled states did for 2020 election year pandemic imo.
State constitutions need to be amended to put time limits on quarantines.
State constitutions also need to be amended to make state health officials elected by popular vote.
Constitutionally time-limited lockdown need to automatically trigger special recall elections for governors, mayors and health officials who order quarantines, also state lawmakers.
Finally, constitutions need to require people planning to run for state and local offices to escrow a refundable "recall deposit" before becoming a candidate, the deposit fully paying in advance for their possible recall elections if they are elected, amounts determined by law.

Also, states need to start using a combination petition / special recall election form so the people define the narrative. The idea is simple. When enough legal voters sign a petition then it also becomes a special recall election form for booting politicians that sit on their hands and do nothing.
But patriots would still need to be on their guard regarding how Democrats might abuse such a system.
Consider that the whole country should be run by combination petition / recall forms.
