In a Republic, fraud vitiates everything.
In the Tenuously United States, everything vitiates fraud.
Alright, please listen to me...
They did not cheat during that election.
That stain on the ballot is not real.
They love their country and would never cheat on it....
Oh, and the semen on the blue dress was just hair mousse.
Continue to move along....
May not undo the last election, but proceed forward to stop such from happening again. We can quietly & relentlessly end means of election fraud.
Illegal ballots were counted?
Nonpossible. I was tole by all the smarts this never happened.
What (s)election?
Rotten to the core...
No one asked for any ID. That is disgusting, and there is no excuse.
SMH
Yes, but the ballots were put aside until the ruling, so not counted. The ruling should put a stop to the deep state bureaucrats making up their own little rules without the authority in the final hours. Chalk one up for the good guys.
I agree completely. The Pa. Decision was b.s.. I was just pointing out why one state court being wrong about that state’s own law isn’t necessarily enough to involve the Supreme Court.
I disagree. Prior to the election Alito had already ordered one state --PA-- to segregate the ballots received after election day (which it did not), so clearly the Court had a federal interest and standing to act.
Remember, the Constitution and Federal law have plenty to say about our elections. Where one or both are violated, the Federal courts most definitely have a role, including the Supreme Court. And when a state sues another state(s) (as with Texas) the Supreme Court is the ONLY court with jurisdiction. So, again, the Supreme Court has a defined role in adjudicating any violation of Constitutional and federal election law.
Such violations include violations of state election law and violations of one or more of the federal requirements for elections (i.e., equal protection, due process, and the Electors Clause) and therefore arise under federal law.
With the Supreme Court's decisions not to hear any of the cases filed with it, especially the Texas v Four Plaintiff States, our Supreme Court proved itself to be a political weathervane untethered from the rule of law --- and a great shame to this great nation.
Listen, PRESIDENT TRUMP WON! We all know that. Now the Leftists will totally crush our nation in the upcoming years. Let’s see if their art of committing fraud can overcome the 2020 result in 2022 and beyond.
That’s great, coming over two months after the election.
With what are you disagreeing? I specifically said that SCOTUS can intervene if they determine there is a Constitutional issue.
Well according to Bookvar, they did not count the late ballots in PA for president, senate and US rep. Only the local votes where counted of the late ballots. somewhere around 1:11 onward to 1:17.
