Impeachment Manager Eric Swalwell weighed-in over the weekend on the Constitutionality of Impeaching a President who is no longer in office; saying the country “can’t afford to give Donald Trump another chance” to run for the White House.
“Do you plan to address the Constitutional authority for the House to bring an impeachment against somebody who is no longer serving?” asked a reporter from MSNBC.
“It’s Constitutional, the Senate is steeped in tradition and custom… Because Donald Trump will do this again, he has a disdain for democracy. We can’t afford -as a country- to give him a chance to even come close to doing this again,” said Swalwell.

To my knowledge, it is not unlawful, and thus impeachable, for someone who just might run for an elected office. This guy is unhinged.
When congress has literally become an asylum run by the inmates, I’d like to know what should prevent a military coup.

Trump had a massive loss to Biden who got THE most votes ever in a presidential election. More than Obama.
It seems the US already decided they didn’t like Trump - so why would they vote for him again?
