"Once triggered, these orders will remain in effect for at least 3 weeks. After that period, they will be lifted when a region's projected ICU capacity meets or exceeds 15 percent. This will be assessed on a weekly basis after the initial 3 week period," the order states.
Southern California, Bay Area and San Joaquin Valley are the three regions currently under a regional stay-at-home order because their "four-week ICU capacity projections do not meet criteria to exit order," according to the latest statement Sunday by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
The projections for ICU capacities were made using a combination of models, according to state officials, the Associated Press (AP) reported Friday.
"At the moment the projections are not being shared publicly," a spokesperson for the CDPH said in an email at the time

1. Just 3 days ago the California Department of HeLL told us:
Projected ICU capacity remains below 15% in the Bay Area, San Joaquin Valley and Southern California regions which remain under the Regional Stay at Home Order.
Current Available ICU Capacity by Region
On Fridays, CDPH shares regional ICU capacity data.
- Bay Area: 6.5%
- Greater Sacramento: 7.8%
- Northern California: 32.6%
- San Joaquin Valley: 0.0%
- Southern California: 0.0%
2. How did you arrive at your origina numbers and the amazing news ones just 3 days later?
3. You can't tell us how you arrived at those figures because it would be too challenging for adults to understand? Ain't you special

“Current Available ICU Capacity”
Is that capacity with a fully staffed facility?
Here in Illinois, the numbers change with the staff available.
And change often.

I just figured it out.
They pulled a combination of tricks here:
1. They sent more people home with nebulizer and O2.
2. They moved people from ICU to regular beds but, they are not classed in the ICU even though they may very well be sick.
Sick huh?

That is the dirty little secret people are being told: A lie by ommission.
Beds are only considered usable if they can be staffed otherwise they do not exist in the system because there is no capacity to provide a level of care.
They have beds but, staffed beds are another thing.

Yeah 0%.
Givernor Newsom proves he doesn’t care about you as a human being and goes against the science and his very own order that says you have to be above 15% for “x” number of days and then they may consider letting you have your freedom.

Family members in five different states who have been hospitalized report that they are empty. Very quiet.

Have all Californians signed the petition? Have you all notified your friends to do the same?

Certainly all Californians haven’t! There is a sizable number who think Newsom is just great.
But I think there are enough who don’t to get him out.
I’m active in the recall effort.
