1. Just 3 days ago the California Department of HeLL told us:
Projected ICU capacity remains below 15% in the Bay Area, San Joaquin Valley and Southern California regions which remain under the Regional Stay at Home Order.
Current Available ICU Capacity by Region
On Fridays, CDPH shares regional ICU capacity data.
- Bay Area: 6.5%
- Greater Sacramento: 7.8%
- Northern California: 32.6%
- San Joaquin Valley: 0.0%
- Southern California: 0.0%
2. How did you arrive at your origina numbers and the amazing news ones just 3 days later?
3. You can't tell us how you arrived at those figures because it would be too challenging for adults to understand? Ain't you special

“Current Available ICU Capacity”
Is that capacity with a fully staffed facility?
Here in Illinois, the numbers change with the staff available.
And change often.

I just figured it out.
They pulled a combination of tricks here:
1. They sent more people home with nebulizer and O2.
2. They moved people from ICU to regular beds but, they are not classed in the ICU even though they may very well be sick.
Sick huh?

Family members in five different states who have been hospitalized report that they are empty. Very quiet.
