The Capitol Building was a mile and one half away from Trump's speech. There is no way they could have walked that distance from the speech and get into the Capitol Building when they did.
He should have been given additional charges of making a false statement to the FBI.

I smell a forced plea and recantation/admission re a long jail sentence threat. In DC, the concept of “justice” is slowly disappearing with the District’s DA being a reported Soros bought and paid for leftist and UD DA for DC being on a “crusade” whether he wants to or not.
