Walkaway founder Brandon Straka has been arrested by the FBI for incidents that happened at the Capitol on January 6th according to the Bureau.
Agents from the Omaha FBI Field Office arrested Straka on Monday in connection to riots at the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. earlier this month.
The FBI says that Straka was charged with the following:
Impeding a law enforcement officer during civil disorder. Knowingly entering and remaining on restricted grounds without lawful authority and/or engaging in disorderly conduct within proximity to a restricted building to impede official functions. Engaging in disorderly conduct with intent to disturb a hearing before Congress. Straka is currently in federal custody and will have his initial appearance in Federal Court on Tuesday January 26th.
The FBI said that “Witness-1” was a relative of Straka to pointed investigators to a video Straka had posted to Twitter. After the video was deleted from Twitter, the relative let the agent know there was a copy of the video posted to YouTube.

I’ve followed him since he first came out...as a Trump supporter/Walk Away, from the Dem plantation.
And, you’re 100% correct about how we’re watching tyranny in action....beginning with the unleashed BLM/Antifa thugs, to the stolen election, to what we’re seeing now, w/Brandon, sham impeachment, etc.
The FBI is acting more like the Gestapo lately.
Because he’s told it, Greg Kelly just spoke with him and confirmed it and the legal filing stated they can’t confirm he actually went into the Capitol. This is purely political.

I just blocked a family member on Facebook. Someone I barely converse with and certainly have never discussed politics with- however he posted on one of my comments on a political page and attacked me personally. Again, we have barely spoken yet of all people on Facebook decides to attack me. I have no time for that, he’s done. Gone.

Yep. I know of one situation where they had beat a cop down, and MAGA got between them and the cop, in sort of a ring, and tried to protect the cop while calling for help. The antifa goons were trying to punch the cops through the ring, tried to go up and over them to get to the cop who was on the ground.

I hadn’t realized he grew up in my home state of Nebraska. He told his story from his early political beliefs to how he changed to a conservative. It was a most enjoyable listen.

They can arrest and charge all they want....no jury will convict unless the perps committed violent acts...
Feds are just bull$hitting themselves if they believe any jury is going to convict...
