If the trials for the people who went into the Capitol are held in Washington DC, they may as well not bother with the trial. DC votes Dem about 95 to 5. Considering that these are Political trials, perhaps their lawyers should ask for a change of venue.
With the locations of folks they are arresting, it sounds like they are leaving them closer to home for holding and trial. They would probably not want to have that large of a case load in one court at one time — speedy trial and all that...
If I post pictures of myself committing a crime in the town square, I'm pretty sure the police can use that against me.
Don't use social media, people. It's a waste of time, it's bad for your mental health (documented research on that), and it can and WILL be used against you any time the state has a beef with you.
Trump’s reluctance to fire traitors like Wray really hurt the country. He was trying to placate Mitch and the rest of the GOPe and it cost him the election. As a result we are screwed but good. Antifa fascist from another county took a video apart from a reporter’s interview when our people came back from DC and pulled all the faces from it, sent them to FBI. Fool is brainwashed that anybody who was there is guilty or complicit.
One of our group members was visited & did speak with the FBI out of respect for the law. That’s what we do - we RESPECT the laws of this country, even if we don’t like them.
And NO - our group did not go in to the Capitol Bldg; they knew better.
