Bill of attainder at this point. Trump no longer holds office, so they have no jurisdiction. And the penalty of not being able to hold office again applies only to appointees, not elected officials.

It's astounding that there are so many DC miscreants whose necks yearn for the noose.

There was a Federal judge who was impeached, and he later served/serves in the House.
