There was a Federal judge who was impeached, and he later served/serves in the House.

Not sure he had the additional penalty applied. Plus, wasn’t his impeachment overturned by SCOTUS? Which is laughable, because their is no power judicial review given by the Constitution to judges over impeachment of judges.
