Report: Trump Considering Starting His Own ‘Patriot Party’

A Report in the Wall Street Journal claims that President Trump is considering starting his own political party and calling it the ‘Patriot Party’.

The Journal claims that Trump has discussed the idea with aides, who leaked the details.

Trump is said to be thinking about ditching the Republican party, following what he believes is a lack of support from GOP leaders including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Reports have also claimed that members of Trump’s own cabinet, including VP Mike Pence, are choosing to attend Joe Biden’s inauguration over Trump’s scheduled military-style send off event later today at Joint Base Andrews.

In his farewell address, Trump told supporters that the “movement we started is just beginning.”

“Together with millions of hardworking patriots across this land, we built the greatest political movement in the history of our country,” he added.

Trump also said that he was proud of being the first President in decades not to start any war:

...

He continued “In America, we don’t insist on absolute conformity or enforce rigid orthodoxies and punitive speech codes. We just don’t do that. America is not a timid nation of tame souls who need to be sheltered and protected from those with whom we disagree. That’s not who we are. It will never be who we are.”

All for show, hopes and dragging you into another charade that will last years with zero accomplished.

Don't fall for it.

Perhaps you should visit casinos for a little while. The republican party is like a casino. Bottom line... “they win, you lose”! That’s it! You keep going into that republican casino, you’re just going to continue to lose! Oh! They’ll be more than happy to take your money.

I think you give them a lot more credit than they deserve. The GOP is old and out of touch, many are retiring, their day has passed, it’s ripe for takeover.

Someone said history does not repeat, but it often rhymes. A new Patriot party will go down in history just like Teddy Roosevelt’s Bull Moose party.

I am for it! Other than casting a ballot, I’ve NEVER gone beyond that in the political process. Well, you know what, if Trump creates a new party... I am “on board” and I’ll go further than just casting a ballot.

He said he would fight.

It was just an act.

Yes—the future of the GOP (or MAGA, or whatever) is the Hispanic American (male).

They voted for Trump; they have the most babies—they are the future of nationalist USA populism.

Note the new CA Senator is Hispanic and so is the new Sec of Education. It’s the rise of the Latino. . .and as a Californian, I know their work ethic, love of family, and they are churchgoing. . .let’s go. Natural conservatives.

My wife and I just recently left the Republican Party to unaffiliated. I will never again hold my nose and vote GOP! My Senators are Mitt Romney and Mike Lee. I’m done with the useless, backstabbing GOP!

But let’s be honest shall we...elections going forward really won’t matter. The Dems cheated with impunity during the presidential election and the two Georgia Senate seats. They are not going to lose any elections going forward...the Swamp will see to that!

I prefer to call it the “American” Party, as it will focus on the Communism of the Leftards.

The problems start at state and local Republican meetings with state and local government interests (e.g., public school administrators, teachers,...), import interests, other foreign interests, “progressive” social interests (e.g., feminists) and more.

"Then you leave the RINOs all alone to win the GOP Nomination.

Kick them out of the GOP instead so they never even get to the General.
"

The best way to find out what happens to efforts like that is to go to some local and state Republican meetings.

"Seeing how mIl in ballots, 3 new states and Dominion voting machines will be the norm, why bother? Trump let the DNC roll us and left us totally phucked for generations."

President Trump did not control the state governments.

The goal would be to have the third party eventually replace the second party.
