Acting defense secretary Christopher C. Miller ordered the director of the National Security Agency to install on Saturday a former GOP political operative as the NSA’s top lawyer, according to four individuals familiar with the matter.
The move is troubling, coming as it does four days before President Trump leaves office and the Biden administration takes over, former U.S. officials said. The move makes it more difficult for the Biden administration to immediately replace him, the former officials said.
“An 11th-hour move like this and a directive from the acting secretary of defense is overwhelmingly strong evidence of irregularity,” Hennessey said on Saturday. “Unless the acting secretary of defense can produce a compelling rationale for why this individual needed to be installed now, there should be a presumption that this is improper and the Biden team should remove this individual on Day 1.”

If Trump declares martial law the first of the week, all bets are off and he will remain president until the whole sordid mess is sorted out.

I do not think Trump will remain as President after 1/20 at noon. I do believe that Martial Law will be declared prior, but Trump hasn’t ‘proved’ he won the election; he knows this and will do the right thing for that scenario. Who will be President will be sorted out in the forthcoming months.....maybe a re-vote under the supervision of the military.
Then, we know what will happen.
I agree that Trump will have to provide evidence that the election was stolen from him and he is the rightful, legal president. And he will do that. There may be a re-vote in the contested states or even all of the states. It could involve forensic audits of the ballots in those states. But he will win like he did the first time.
But during the martial law, he will remain in command. He won't cede power in the middle of this operation once he springs this trap.
I believe that what is going to happen is much larger than the stolen election, however. It will involve treasonous activities of the players involved in spying on his administration illegally trying to oust him and his associates, lying to the FISA courts, trying to unseat him with phony impeachment charges for making a legal phone call to the president of the Ukraine and maybe even the Capitol breach planners and all those people who have profited from illegal sex trafficking in the Deep State. The last one has been a pet peeve of his for a long time.
We shall see.

While I indeed trust Flynn’s words implicitly, please don’t pass this off as yesterday’s words. They are at least a week old. We should strive to be honest, and not act like the MSM.
And yet I don’t recall anyone in LSM being troubled when Obama placed numerous people in jobs in numerous agencies so that his political operatives would be embedded as a sort of shadow government to oppose and slow walk DJT’s agenda.

NSA director Paul Nakasone is being unmasked as a deep stater that needs to go. He has basically refused a direct order. I do not see good things for him in coming days.

If he declares Martial Law, the almighty Supreme Court will have absolutely no power. The military takes over the courts during Martial Law.
