We received a lengthy letter from Dominion's defamation lawyers explaining why they believe that their client has been the victim of defamatory statements. Having considered the full import of the letter, we have agreed to their request that we publish the following statement: American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge, Brian Tomlinson, and Peggy Ryan have published pieces on www.AmericanThinker.com that falsely accuse US Dominion Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (collectively “Dominion”) of conspiring to steal the November 2020 election from Donald Trump. These pieces rely on discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories about Dominion’s supposed ties to Venezuela, fraud on Dominion’s machines that resulted in massive vote switching or weighted votes, and other claims falsely stating that there is credible evidence that Dominion acted fraudulently. These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact. Industry experts and public officials alike have confirmed that Dominion conducted itself appropriately and that there is simply no evidence to support these claims. It was wrong for us to publish these false statements. We apologize to Dominion for all of the harm this caused them and their employees. We also apologize to our readers for abandoning 9 journalistic principles and misrepresenting Dominion’s track record and its limited role in tabulating votes for the November 2020 election. The Deep State chose the victim carefully. American Thinker has very few resources to fight back.
They get a letter threatening them, their families and their families’ families with financial ruin if they don’t retract. Ever person would be sued individually. IT doesn’t take long to figure out that you will be completely and totally financially ruined.
So, what do you do? Continue to have a life or fight back, knowing you will NEVER beat your opponent in court.
Now, Dominion Voting and the powers backing them will use this settle to browbeat anyone else into line.
What they will NOT allow is any Dominion Voting employee to be put under oath in criminal court. That has been the bottom line all along. NO criminal investigation.
Ok then, I’ll wait for the conviction to happen. The boom. The bust. Should be anytime now.
As we wait on that, I will continue pushing for wins that focus on achievable solutions rather than ‘trust the plan’ Q assertions that remind me of my Dragons and Dungeons days of yore.
I hope you’re right and we get a ‘boom’ soon, but pardon me if I prefer more serious solutions. After all, if all the things Q claims are true, then you would know that the Left can lie - even under ‘penalty of perjury’ - since they know nothing will happen to them. So, what’s to stop them from saying anything under ‘penalty of perjury?’ If Q is correct, things were so crazy that votes were being sent to Germany (or was it the Vatican, or Iran, or Canada - changes a bit ....), some Italian hacked the entire US system, Hugo Chavez instituted a master plan (before he died I guess), and Delta Force had to go and fight the CIA in Frankfurt to retrieve information from servers ....
That’s how massive the whole plot was according to the conspiracists ....
....yet somehow ‘penalty of perjury’ is supposed to bring fright and honesty from people who could be working for the Deep State?
People who can do all that, but somehow the threat of ‘perjury’ works against them like a silver crucifix to a Romanian vampire?

And don’t get me started on ‘evidence.’ Your ‘evidence’ is something you read in the interwebs, likely from some Q source. It could be true. 100% veritable. Or it could have stemmed from a fertile imagination, a drunken stupor, watching ‘Enemy of the State’ the prior evening. Or it could have come from a Leftist sowing disinformation and misinformation and laughing at Conservatives. Thing is - you don’t know.
Proof is in the eating of the pudding ...let’s see if something comes out of the ‘Italy affair.’ I am 100% certain, like all the other Q nonsense, nothing will.

Hey, if it doesn’t COMPLETELY conform to our already existing opinions and views, it’s “FAKE NEWS”. Get with the Program. All we need around here is youtube videos and articles that tell us what we already believe: the election was stolen, the voting machines were hacked, almost no one voted for Biden, any information contrary to that and we MUST, to be patriotic Americans, attack and denigrate the source! If the President tells us 2+2 = 5 then get with it or you want us to be a Chinese Client state with open borders as socialistic taxes!
PROOF is not required in a libel case, merely evidence and an absence of malice. There was and is some strong evidence, but AT does not have the resources to fight a multi$Billion lawfare bully. So they turned tail.
Jimrob fought LA Times and as a result we have this ridiculous list of sources we have to excerpt. But that was just a result of a legal compromise, not a finding in law.
AT could have fought a little bit harder for some kind of settlement, like Jimrob did.
The simple fact is, the ballot counter should be issuing a mark on every ballot it counts and it goes through only ONCE. Not much can be done about stuffing it full of a box of freshly forged ballots, though. That’s what observers are all about.

The third choice is to do what Jimrob did when LASlimes sued FR. Fight until you can get some kind of settlement.

Those are not the facts presented, but like any good propaganda, it has a germ of truth. It was a detachment from the US Army Europe. They lost 5 military and one CIA operative (transferred from Middle East). Military press noted the helicopter that went down with 5 military shortly after, no survivors. And it was CIA contractors defending the server in Frankfurt.
And when you finally address evidence, your fixation on Q is something YOU introduce. This is followed by 'It could be ...', 'Or it could have ..', '... a drunken stupor', 'Or it could have come ...' 'Or it could have come ...' and 'you don’t know ...' suppositions meant solely to waste the readers' time.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, there were 3 known foreign server farms involved, Spain, where the votes arrived from the US; Frankfurt, a CIA server where the votes were added and flipped; and Italy, another CIA server where foreign players got to flip votes. What has not been publicly evidenced is internet packets with votes that can be traced destination to destination. It would require a tedious proof by server logs and 'vote' images that most of us don't have the patience to sit thru.
So now, perhaps you can confirm that 3 AccessDB (MicroSoft) datasets are used to record the votes during the election in Dominion Voting system. Why aren't you demanding to see those three files; current actual vote, current modified vote, and projected margins to be met by the voting algorithms(?) I haven't seen them, but a judge saw it as a CSV file and denied admittance as evidence because it might be propriety software ...).

I have no doubt if they had actual proof some conservative would have taken this on pro bono. Dominion is not as big as Apple or Facebook so the whole David vs Goliath thing just doesn't apply here. There is a reason AT backed away and it's because they knew they would lose. As I said, Dominion obviously not afraid of discovery
