They get a letter threatening them, their families and their families’ families with financial ruin if they don’t retract. Ever person would be sued individually. IT doesn’t take long to figure out that you will be completely and totally financially ruined.
So, what do you do? Continue to have a life or fight back, knowing you will NEVER beat your opponent in court.

A 4th option is for them to write out exactly how they feel about being lawfare bullied, declare bankruptcy, then start up a new website like American Slinker on the skeletal remains of the old organization, like their chops and move on.
