When Tim Cook went after him over Indiana’s law defending marriage while he was governor of Indiana, he demanded changes to the law to appease Cook. Such a person does not have traditional values; someone who does will defend them to the hilt instead of practicing “realpolitik”.

I live in the upstate of SC. Every day I see more and more (and more) cars with NY license plates on them. And people who do not speak English. You are more likely to hear Spanish than a southern accent in some parts.

Meanwhile there are a glut of Coeur D'Alene real estate agents on YouTube begging people to move in and purchase one of the new homes or developed lots that is up for sale.
In the end the realtors and developers win and the locals become flooded with Californians.
Republicans are their own worst enemy. Unbridled capitalism does not always go well for conservatives.

When leftists burn down police stations and break into government buildings democrats rally to their defense and contribute millions of dollars to bail them out and defend them in court.
Meanwhile, most republicans slither back into the shadows, afraid to make a comment against crime and lawlessness because they will be criticized and attacked by democrats and other leftists.
When a republican or conservative is accused of a crime republicans are out front, joining with democrats to condemn the alleged wrong-doer even before the evidence is in and the full story is known.
How many democrats crossed over to vote NO against this latest fake Trump impeachment, even though most of them know it is a bogus attack just to damage President Trump?
NONE!
But 10 republicans who know this is just another bogus attack by a vindictive Nancy Pelosi still crossed over to vote against their own president -
even when all the facts and evidence were not presented and debated.
The Democratic Party in my county is in the minority (for now), but they are LOUD. And, I have to give them credit- they're energized. On the other hand, my county's Republican Party is complacent, and only now do they seem to be waking up from their stupor and realizing what the future holds.
...however, people fleeing Maryland to southern Pennsylvania helped Trump win that state in 2016. And Ohio Republicans who moved to northern Kentucky helped turn Kentucky bright red. And Chicago refugees who flooded Wisconsin helped Scott Walker win.
Our main problem is California, where a small number of leftist freaks can tip smaller states like Colorado and Nevada.
The GOP are not clueless. They don’t care. The “Not Democrat Party”, Pence included, wants to move their party to the left. The easiest way to do that is follow in the wake ever radicalizing Democrat party.

Several other cities in N Central Arkansas are feeling the affects of a influx of people from Chicago.
