It's happened in the past. Might happen again.

We always say different things “mean civil war”, but this WOULD lead to civil war. It truly is Casus Belli. If our representatives cannot even argue our case in the legislature, then force is the only option left.

Umm, seems very fascist and undemocratic of Petty Pelosi to me. Shouldn’t the district’s voters make the decision to remove Cawthorn, or any other representative?

Do it. No patriot should be sitting in this treasonous, criminal, seditious Stalinazi Satanist circus. Even one patriot lends it the credibility and legitimacy it doesn’t have.
Set up a new government with free citizens elsewhere with the legitimate President Trump.

I grow weary of fighting these people. They pull the rope one way.we pull it the other. Sometimes it’s best to let go.

OK, just so everyone knows. The House or Senate can vote to expel a member, but it takes 2/3rds majority. So, that’s not going to happen. An expelled House member can run for the seat he or she was just expelled from. (Senators are usually replaced by state governors).
Adam Clayton Powell (D-Harlem NY) was expelled for taking bribes. He was promptly re-elected and the House refused to seat him, but SCOTUS said they had to.
So expulsion from the House is just a waste of time for everyone involved. However, time spent on expulsion attempts will keep the House from other things, which might be a blessing.

Article 1 Section 5 “ Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.” No one is getting expelled. It would take 290 votes in the House. The 147 alone would be enough to block any expulsion.

Takes 291 votes to expel a member of the House. Good luck with that one.

Well that's not likely to happen. If every other Repub decided to betray their party here again, they have 288 votes to kick them out. Unfortunately, 2/3 of the House would be 290 votes, so she'd need to convince/bribe/blackmail at least two of these guys to vote to kick themselves out.
