While one in four registered voters now say it’s time for the U.S. to split into two separate countries – Red (Republican) and Blue (Democrat) – a much higher percentage of regular churchgoers and Evangelical Christians favor the idea.
A national survey of 1,200 registered voters conducted by Just the News and pollster Scott Rasmussen conducted January 7-9, 2021 asked the following question:
“Some have suggested that the Red States and Blue States (Republican leaning States and Democratic leaning States) should split into separate countries. Would you favor or oppose splitting the Red States and Blue States into separate countries?”
A quarter (25%) of U.S. voters say they either “Strongly Favor” (11%) or “Somewhat Favor” (14%) dividing the country into two, based on each state’s political leaning:
While 32% of Republicans and 22% of Democrats say they favor the split, support is stronger among respondents who are either “Very Conservative” (43%) or “Very Liberal” (33%).
Regular churchgoers are more likely to favor dividing into Red and Blue Americas, as 40% of those who attend church more than once a week support the move, compared to just 18% of those who never go to church:
By religious persuasion, Evangelicals (43%) are the most likely to support the two-country plan, while those of other faiths approximate the national average:

Those church goers are delusional. The country just cannot be split geographically by state, too many pockets of blue in huge oceans of red.

My suggestion a long time ago was to stop ruining two perfectly lovely countries - Canada and America. Let the libs take one, the conservatives take another....libs can take Canada. They’ll be so busy chopping wood to keep warm that they have no energy left to do any shit disturbing.
The reason the United States is the world hegemon is because of our geography. Oceans on both sides, both protective from assault and allowing us to access whichever world market is going well. Deserts to the South and forests and a friendly country to the north. Divide us up, and you will see the same frequency of wars that Europe had in the nineteenth century, but with nukes. No. Bad idea.
Yes, it will be complicated but I think it will be a case of Red States refusing to obey the Left’s unconstitutional BS, i.e., bans on gun sales, an exorbitant tax on ammo, business-killing climate change rules, etc. We’ll declare our selves “Sanctuary States.” Two can play that game.
If we had our own Red State, the commies would come after us there, too. Probably best to make our stand here.
Blues will nee a passport to enter; I’ll be though an internal travel passport is coming under Biden just like it was under his favorite country the former USSR.
