I am presently in Texas. It is just a horrible place. SW Texas is a blighted landscape, covered with prickly cactus, sharp rocks, and coyotes, human and animal, oh and rattlers. And then there's all the rednecks hugging their guhuns. I went to this hardware store and one dude was just paying for some boxes of ammo as if he's fixin' to shoot someone or something. And the barbecue sucks - no sauce.

And folks walking around without masks. Without MASKS! And driving F150s. Every other truck. Gas guzzlers.

Really, you guys in California have no idea how good you have it.

Marxistchusetts will throw you in prison for defending yourself in your own home against a murderous intruder. Yeah, that’s my kind of state. /sarc

Well..

?Massachusetts came in at number one, followed by Minnesota, North Dakota, New York and Vermont in the top five.

About the same thing..as there is no Antifa violence and BLM has killed no one.

And our government is GREAT!!!

And pink puppies and ponies...

And free donuts for all.....

What I don’t get is considering the affordability of MA as acceptable....the town where I raised my kids has a median home price of $1.1 million dollars.
.

Madness.

Yeah. We teach our kids that God is Great and guns are useful tools. They learn to say Ma’am and Sir when addressing their elders. And being a boy or a girl is just fine and not an impediment to doing great things like taking down a massive wild hog with just one shot.

Don’t want your kids raised like that, stay where you are and do NOT come to Texas.

WalletHub owner works out of the District of C. It seems that this isn’t the first time that it has been questioned as to its education bona fides. First it was Mississippi, now it is Texas.
Wednesday, October 7, 2015
Your Op-Ed “Teachers Need Resources” quotes Wallethub, who purports to be experts in personal finance, as a source for the “Best and Worse State for Teachers.” Founded by Odysseas Papadimitriou, the firm hardly qualifies as expert on matters of education and especially Mississippi’s teachers. Given the founder’s last name, I wouldn’t set store on his financial advice either. Greece remains on the edge of default with a debt/GDP ratio of 175 percent. ... Mississippi had the second-lowest average teacher pay in the nation in 2013 at $41,994 but in 2014 our GOP led legislature passed a $100 million teacher pay raise and added merit pay provisions. ...

One of the advantages of living in Kansas is no one wants to move here. That means we don’t have many liberals moving in from blue states or anywhere else.
