The swearing at of Biden is supposed to be virtual because of covid.
Something public is going to happen because Pence has said he'd be there. I don't think it will be anywhere near as large as the Trump or Obama inaugurations, but from what I've read it will probably still be outside at the Capitol and surrounded by security.

Lol I’m just in it for the ride at this point. What I predict: media and Biden will run wild for 2-3 months, and then the blowback will be like the 2009 Tea Party but substantially bigger. These people are delusional if they think re-creating the same Obama era hyper-wokeness that literally led to Trump in the first place will somehow NOT backfire.

Hmm..could it be that the Jan 6 capitol incursion was planned to scout out positions from which to keep that schedule on Jan 20? Biden will be behind a lexan screen (same kind as DJT was behind on Jan 6 at the Ellipse), thus making anything from the street side impossible. That leaves the rear wide open (same thing behind DJT on Jan 6 at the Ellipse). The Capitol Bldg is to the rear.
