The scene appears to have been recorded somewhere near the Nov. 5 protest outside Governor’s Tim Walz residence, located here ( bit.ly/3s1ncQQ ).
***At the beginning of the video, the man appears to refer to Summit, the street where the house is located.

As reported by local media here, on Dec. 5 a Black Lives Matter demonstration counter protested a group supporting law enforcement that called for “an end to statewide COVID-19 restrictions” near the Governor’s Residence.
Reuters could not find any evidence to support the claim made in this video and could not independently verify the authenticity of the St Paul video. The Minnesota State Patrol did not immediately respond to Reuters request for comment...

Reuters does seem to prove that the video was not taken on Jan. 6 at the Capitol but then also publishes this...

“Alaina Gertz, Public Affairs Specialist of the Washington MPD, told Reuters via email that “the Metropolitan Police Department does not act in the capacity of private security for any group””

... which is clearly seen happening in the video. But Alaina Gertz’ statement seems to be misleading anyway since the guy taking the video said the escort was by State Troopers not the MPD.

The biggest peaceful protest in American history just occurred on Jan 6th, 2021. Millions of people there JUST to stress to congress how important it was to SIMPLY give swing states more time to verify their electors.

In the end, I have no doubt that there are antifa believers who have taken it upon themselves to disrupt MAGA events, just as Patriots have done to BLM events since the George Floyd killing; just as Nazis and other fascists have infiltrated Free Republic. It's good strategy, and everyone wants to win. I'm more worried about foreign intelligence; you can be damned sure that Russia, China, and maybe even Iran had people in the Capitol on the 6th.
