Given the push for digital currency, and the resulting complete control of the population, it’s not hard to see how they might be far more successful at civilian disarmament using a few keystrokes rather than a potential bloody attempt at forcible confiscation.

One of the first things they will do is to remove the liability protection of manufacturers by repealing the lawful commerce in arms act.
Then they will slap high taxes on firearms and ammunition, restrict the sale of parts like barrels and possibly try to require NFA registration of all firearms.
Anything you buy will by multiples of the current price, and any purchase of new arms will require Federal registration.
This will drastically reduce the number of gun owners and the ability to practice shooting.
After reducing the numbers of owners and requiring registration, confiscation will follow.
Turn by turn the vise will be squeezed.
We should figure out how to further develop home shop manufacturing of both arms and ammunition, and need states to provide alternates, such as a way to formally join a state militia the way you get a CCW, and, if necessary, state owned gun shops supplying arms and ammunition to militia members.
I'm convinced of it. Also, look for the Dems to pass a law requiring insurance for each weapon. If you can't afford it -- well, turn it in or else they take it out of your income.

IIRC, G. Gordon Liddy preached long ago about the need to practice for headshots.
Gun control will be a bridge too far for Biden. The backlash will be quick and I can see many LEOs simply refusing to enforce these edicts. I could also see entire states refusing to enforce gun control... plenty of precedent with states and cities not enforcing federal immigration laws
Judging by replies on numerous pro-gun sites, many are not planning to just sit around and wait for the anti-gun legislation to be “ debated” and then enacted.....there is the bunch that will start hunting all the gun grabbers down......then all gun owners will be labeled terrorists. I believe it is going to get unbelievably ugly.
