The U.S. Department of Education has requested information from the University of Alabama regarding alleged undisclosed ties between the university and the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.
“It appears that UA has failed to report an alleged partnership with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China,” a letter sent to UA President Stuart Bell on Dec. 22 stated.
“The WIV, owned by the Chinese government’s Academy of Sciences, includes a maximum biocontainment laboratory (“MCL”) that may be closely linked to the origin and/or spread of the Chinese COVID-19 virus,” the letter continued.
The investigation was initiated in light of the fact that the University of Alabama is listed as an international partner on the Wuhan Institute’s official website.

Pinging to AUBURN UNIVERSITY list. No comment further from me.

“Pinging to AUBURN UNIVERSITY list. “
“When I look at the whole situation, if you’re asking me, ‘Do I want to be a backup?’ Hell no,” Newton said. “Because when I look at other teams and I’m looking at other players play, there’s been guys that have been getting away with, I feel, murder for years for subpar play. Do I have the right to say that with the year that I had this year? No. But I’m going to be honest and say it, because that’s what I do.
There are 365,000 Red Chinese exchange students in U.S. universities.
Nick Saban did it. Dat fooseball is da devil.
The investigation will end on 20 January at 12 noon.

You dont get to travel outside of china if you dont do espionage of some form, for china.
Interesting. Thanks for posting.
Most people are very surprised when they learn that Carnegie Mellon has been the #1 computer science grad school in the USA since the 1980s.
They are ranked above MIT, Stanford, and Berkeley.
Texas A&M has been the #1 grad school in petroleum engineering in the world for decades.
Ignorant snark from the West Georgia satanic cult.
Did you march with the barn football players march for blm?
Before you open your hypocritical mouth, I’m aware that Bama held a similar march. But your cult were the first to march.
Were you in the large group of students who rolled your stupid trees when Obama won? BTW, your childish tradition was stolen from, of all schools, Wake Forest,
I’m sure you are proud of Jesse Goldberg, an antifa member who is employed by your “holy” school as a lecturer and researcher.
You can drop the superior that your cult is famous for displaying. Your school is extremely leftist and I’m sure that it is involved with China.
And don’t bother responding to me because I will ignore you. I will pray for you and hope that, one day, you will find Jesus.
The Center for Immigration Studies did the ranking for 2019.
I do not recall the exact number.
This was for MS and PHD computer science studies.
That does not mean the Chinese dominate by total population.
It just means that Carnegie Mellon is the Number #1 choice for China.
I noticed the ranking because most Americans are not aware that Carnegie Mellon is our top CS grad school.
Haha. Didn’t know this would touch off a skirmish in the eternal war of college football.
I taught at AU for 20 years and love them, but have nothing but admiration for Roll Tide football. The only time I do NOT cheer for Alabama is when they play Auburn.
I have no hate for the Tide, and am sorry to hear this news.
I hope it is fake like much of the news is today.
We KNOW how much the DNCMedia hates Trump, and by extension, hates Trump Supporters, and Alabama is one of the biggest pro-Trump states. Anything to hurt us or put us down...
Dang, Girl, ease up!
Jemian is a very good Christian. She was a missionary overseas for a very long time. She still may be.
I taught at Auburn for 20 years, but cheered for Bama. There were many of us, actually.
But one thing we did NOT do was hate. Joking and poking fun was as far as it went and should go.
I used to say, Roll Tide! every Saturday, and War Eagle! every pay day!
The vast majority of people who love college football pull up somewhere way way short of anything coming anywhere even near that kind of stuff.
Likewise for ALL of us who also post here at FR, I think.
