Hey there, Kathy.

Yep, still cold here. It barely got above freezing today and tomorrow looks to be a repeat. Might warm up a few degrees Sunday when/if the clouds move out.

There’s a lot of snow on the radar west of Anchorage, moving away from you. I thought I saw some snow showers over the mountains this afternoon on the cam.

It’s about time for another big dumping there. They had the groomer out on Lake Hood all day smoothing and packing the lumpy snow on the ice. The poor pilots of the small planes were getting VERY bumpy rides during landings and take-offs lately.

It sure isn’t good for those planes. I’m surprised they waited so long to smooth it again.

It’s fun seeing what goes on in different places on the live cams but dang it, all that I watch are dealing with winter now. LOL! There’s one nest cam in Australia but there’s nothing going on there these days. The eaglets have been gone for a while.
