Nord has an occasional special for $3/month if you buy multiple years of access. That is what we have, but sometimes websites block it, so you need to select a different VPN connection or temporarily turn it off.

I installed Surfshark (rated #3 by most) a couple years ago and have had no issues.

NordVPN and ExpressVPN are also top rated and slightly faster but I got a deal $2/mo for Surfshark when I signed up and I think it’s still not much more than that.
