Mr. Biden has said he plans to make a priority of passing a law against domestic terrorism, and he has been urged to create a White House post overseeing the fight against ideologically inspired violent extremists and increasing funding to combat them.
Federal law defines domestic terrorism as dangerous and illegal acts intended to coerce a population or influence the government. While it can be charged in some states, no generic federal crime exists. Domestic terrorism spans extremist ideologies, but it has been predominantly a far-right phenomenon in recent decades, according to researchers.

Maybe so according to "researchers", but anyone actually paying attention knows that most of the terrorism has come from the left, and not just the far-left (whoever they are).
BLM, Antifa and all communist related organizations will be exempted. Christian churches, Jewish synagogues, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, AMVETS posts, will be listed as the TOP threats.

Would said law apply to BLM/Antifa type riot/demonstrations, which would say they were protests over some criminal shot while attacking police, because they are mostly “peaceful?” Would they have applied in Portland or Seattle or Atlanta or Kenosha?
