There is no legitimate reason to allow the 25th Amendment to be invoked. Yet. Come January 22nd, there’s plenty of reason.

(Elevator music playing quietly in background) "Please stay on the line, your call is important to us." (elevator music continues) "Please stay on the line, your call is important to us." Gotta admit that is some funny sh*t..can you imagine her royal jacka@@ on the phone, eating her 50 buck ice cream, listening to boring elevator music, and no one ever coming LOL LOL

‘Remind Nancy that Trump has a FISA on her, and we can’t talk on the phone! And put down that bottle!’
Pence alleged leaked conversation under his own FISA
If I could write the script..

He’s going to run in 2024. Guaranteed.
Every last one of them are damaged goods. Your out of your mind to support any of them for anything.

I would have said "I have been notified in writing that four state legislatures are claiming disagreement in the legality of some electors. There is no constitutional rule that the count is done on any particular day before Jan 20 so I am delaying the count for 10 days so congress can investigate and the state legislators can certify the electors they send in."
Trying to pass the buck at the expense of peace and stability of the government and country is cowardice.
Any man that proclaims a faith in God and love of country and then shirks his sworn duty to said country is a man without substance, honor or country.

Yes, sucks to be a lot of them going forward. But if one were to rank the people at fault, the Repub state legislatures would be at the top, congress below that, and courts below that. Pence’s role only came way down the line and I agree with the comments of others that it would be bad precedent for any single person to be able to stop the process. In this case, with obvious illegal irregularities, it would have been warranted, but I can see that being immediately abused going forward.
Sadly none of that matter unless the voting system is reigned in.

"I don’t blame Pence for anything."I agree with you. I don't think not recognizing certified votes was really an option. He let the objections be heard and votes on the objections to be held. That's all he could really do. And with RINO's we never had enough votes to uphold the objections.
It was really the state's responsibility.

“He’s going to run in 2024.”
He’s going to run...and he’s going to LOSE in the primaries. Trumpers have LONG memories.
Whomever Trump endorses in 2024, I vote.

Pence is leveraging his office for a run in 2024.

Why does she think Pence can remove Trump? I was reading some stuff on 25th Amendment, and it doesn’t really say who has the power to say a President is unable to do his job, as far as I could see.

Perhaps Pence has no intention of handing his newfound power over to Biden. Ya know, “for the sake of stabilizing the country .” Then it would really be a full-on banana republic coup.

If the Congress tries a hasty impeachment at this time, and Trump is convicted by the Senate, removal from office prohibits him from holding any Federal office.
The Dems KNOW that Trump has at LEAST 74 million followers that will get behind him in 2024.
Trump needs to resign NOW - under the condition that President Pence issues pardons to Trump and all his family.
Use this strategy & Dems heads will explode !
