AZ Has Paper Ballots But No One Can See Them As Law Requires

Federal law requires paper ballot records to be retained in a general election. Arizona uses paper ballots. No one has been allowed to see the paper ballots.

Why is that?

42 USC 1974: Retention and preservation of records and papers by officers of elections; deposit with custodian; penalty for violationText contains those laws in effect on January 23, 2000From Title 42-THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARECHAPTER 20-ELECTIVE FRANCHISESUBCHAPTER II-FEDERAL ELECTION RECORDSJump To:Source CreditShort Title

§1974. Retention and preservation of records and papers by officers of elections; deposit with custodian; penalty for violation

Every officer of election shall retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months from the date of any general, special, or primary election of which candidates for the office of President, Vice President, presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, or Resident Commissioner from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are voted for, all records and papers which come into his possession relating to any application, registration, payment of poll tax, or other act requisite to voting in such election, except that, when required by law, such records and papers may be delivered to another officer of election and except that, if a State or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico designates a custodian to retain and preserve these records and papers at a specified place, then such records and papers may be deposited with such custodian, and the duty to retain and preserve any record or paper so deposited shall devolve upon such custodian. someone ought to be willing to pay the fine or a bit of jail time for the good of the state and country!

The fine and imprisonment referenced seems to be more than a little inadequate a penalty. In fact, it is a joke.

the do’j’ and fib remain less useful than dog turd
as voting machines, ballots, and printing presses
are destroyed and burned in more than one state,
DESPITE Orders and Law,
and as 911 and local LEO have done nothing.

What ever could be the reason for keeping the ballots away from scrutiny?

I’m thinking and thinking and just can’t come up with a reason. None at all. Nothing. Can’t fathom why.

I feel like Winnie the Pooh.

For Arizona, or any state to bring electors to Congress on January 6 that are in direct violation of their state laws is a felony. And for Mike Pence to accept those electors is in violation of federal law. The federal election code. He would also be committing a felony if he recorded those fraudulent illegal EC votes

So do you think Mike Pence is going to commit a felony on January 6? Yeah. So do I.

The fact they wont follow the law and let people see them i believe is proof of fraud. If they exonerated them tey’d be out there alowing review and saying how they are following the law and being transparent.....

All voting is supposed to be able to be audited BY LAW.

If you can’t reproduce the results it’s not a valid election.

You need to watch CNN more!...Its because you have “No Standing”..the courts have answered that 100 times already...do you need them to do it a 1000 times before you believe them?.....

If Jeffery Toobin was still around on CNN as the head analist he could explain it so EVERYONE could see it....I'm sure gonna miss his coverage...what about you?..../s

I think the $1000 dollar fine is
against the custodian should he
not preserve the records as he was
tasked. I didn’t read anywhere in
the statute that says anyone would
get fined for looking at them.
Why else would they be stored if
not for future disputes? Maybe I’m
just reading this incorrectly.

That is how I read that also. Keep for reference and audit. Probably court ordered! Maybe the candidates involved have “”standing”!!??

Federal law states ballots must
be kept for 22 months after an
election. They don’t need a court
order to be preserved. This is why
many are frustrated when they hear
about reports of trashed/destroyed/
shredded ballots. The FBI/DOJ are
non-existent these days.
Happy New Year....

They key to any fraud in AZ is this:

The machines have a paper ballot backup. There is no way to add .25 or subtract .75 from a machine because there is no way to match it to a paper ballot. So that part of the AZ fraud is a non starter.

Moreover, the paper ballots mean that if anyone was “creating” machine votes in round numbers, that exact same number of ballots in that exact same precinct at that exact same time would have to be added physically by a human. Obviously, in red precincts that wouldn’t happen, but even in D precincts, no human could possibly time this correctly.

Where this is important is in the charge of a one-time 35,000 Biteme “starting number” out of Pima Co. THERE, it would be possible to one-time add 35,000 paper ballots.

So it is important to look at the paper ballots and determine if there was a sudden influx of 35,000 ballots at the exact time that this phantom 35,000 machine count claims-—IF that is real. I don’t know if that is real: it is the allegation of one of the witnesses, but he was not cross-examined by hostile legislators or lawyers, so I don’t think one can take his testimony as truth until he is.
