“Where are the boys from Florida?”

That’s a really good question. There’s time for them to add their names to the signature page. They’d better get a wiggle on.

This better be true. However: unless each the STATE LEGISLATURES of the contested states reconvene their assemblies; having their STATE LEGISLATORS declare the presently “official” presidential electors “null and void,” and; further, issue a separate competing slate of Republican presidential electors to the U.S. Congress ...

Then these objections will, at best, result in a tie between the Republican-controlled Senate and the Democrat-controlled HOR. In the case of such a tie, the winner of the contest goes to not the incumbent, but rather to the challenger.

What good may come of this Electoral Commission will only matter if their investigation produces sufficient doubts so as to compel the state legislatures to issue new electors. If such result were realized, then it would be the “Hail Mary pass” of the century.

Burr and Tillis are missing from the list...but that’s not a big surprise, is it?

“Accordingly, since we know that our colleagues in the House will not agree to also vote to reject the electors, “

Dude, there’s over a 100 in the house who plan on rejecting.

Who sends money to these people anymore, given the fraud we see every election?

You're just throwing your money down a rathole.

I see these politicians getting elected to benefit themselves and their own financial wellbeing, not that of their constituents.

If they are going to cheat and commit fraud, look the other way from any fraud or disavow that any fraud is taking place, then they don't need my hard-earned money to win. They're on their own.

Let them get their money from the lobbyists, the big donors, the influencers, the shakers and movers and whoever else they've been getting their dirty money from in the past. Me? I'd be throwing good money after bad.

Starve the beast.

Glad to see Cruz at the top of this list.

Anyone who does not sign onto this joint statement is a traitor and should be treated as such.

This might be why you don’t see Cotton on the list. Bill Kristol’s son works as legislative director for Senator Tom Cotton.

McConnell: "Look -- they want another blue ribbon committee. I'm good with that. February?"

Pelosi: "Sure. Why not? (ha ha Mitch probably won't even be Majority Leader in February)"

Let me point out that in Georgia where we do not have party registration, it has been a common practice that when we have a favorite incumbent, voters will crossover and vote in the opposite primary for the worst candidate that would go up against the favorite incumbent.   Georgia will never have party registration because both parties like being able to torpedo the opposing parties candidates.   I don't know if that is something that could happen in Indiana but it seems like a possibility.   Can anyone answer to this?

“How can an “emergency 10 day audit” be done in the 96 hours until 1300 Jan 6?”

It will be between the 6th and the 20th.

Lankford is an opportunist...period. He does not make a move unless he personally profits. His name on this statement is nothing more than self aggrandizement.
If he honestly cared, he would have led the charge instead of ‘me too!’

We who live in Oklahoma have this guys number...and a good memory.

I wasn’t sure in the beginning where they were going with this. It’s an odd collection of RINOs and Conservatives. But, it sounds good. Am I missing something.

Well, if everyone suddenly started voting “NO”, I think he would, too.
