You’re kidding. Lankford signed on to the statement? Must be getting some pressure from his constituents. Good.

A very good and well reasoned statement that will never see the light of day.

As I said on another thread:
My wife and I will give to as many Democrats as possible to kick every shade of RINO out of office, if Biden is seated.

Cut to the chase...are they challenging or not??? Looks like it. See the 3rd paragraph up from the bottom of the excerpt.

"Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given' and ‘lawfully certified' (the statutory requisite), unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed." "Accordingly, since we know that our colleagues in the House will not agree to also vote to reject the electors, we are confident in virtue-signaling to our base through this futile gesture without actually changing the outcome of the election."

It would have seen the light of day if they had done it two months ago and then held near daily hearings on the matter. Has the GOP Senate had a single hearing on election fraud? I don’t recall any.

I’m disappointed to not ever hear my Senators name mentioned in any of this. Sen. Tom Cotton was, I thought, a strong supporter of Trump but I never see his name in print.

This should be unanimously supported but what do you expect for a corrupt Party and Congress.

Well isn’t this the ray of sunshine I’d been waiting for. Bravo to these members of Congress for standing up in defense of the Constitution and our republic.

Biden should expect the same cooperation support, and acquiescence to the authority and decisions of his “Presidency” as Democrats have given to to President Trump for the last 4 years.

...support of election integrity should not be a partisan issue. A fair and credible audit-conducted expeditiously and completed well before January 20-would dramatically improve Americans' faith in our electoral process and would significantly enhance the legitimacy of whoever becomes our next President. We owe that to the People.Yes, they owe that to the American people...
