The office of Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes released a prolific offender after an assault arrest with no charges. That suspect then nearly stomped a separate man to death just a few hours later with kicks “so forceful and loud” a witness heard it from inside a car.
Holmes’ office blames “proof issues” for denying an original charge against the suspect. But the incident report reveals a different story.
This is the latest in a long list of cases highlighting the city’s light-on-crime approach that will get someone killed. Holmes bears the responsibility. How many victims must Holmes create before he does the honorable thing and steps down?
Abdalla Jama, 29, (also known as Ardalla Jama) is a prolific offender with an apparent penchant for assault.
On Christmas night, police allege Jama assaulted a security guard in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood just after 10 p.m. According to an incident report, the suspect was picking fights with patrons at an unnamed establishment. When the guard intervened, Jama allegedly swung at the guard before head-butting him.
Police arrested Jama and booked him into King County Jail for misdemeanor assault. Hours later, the Assistant City Attorney declined to file criminal charges and released Jama without conditions.
The city attorney’s office routinely reduce their caseloads by dropping charges. This office routinely opts to forgo prosecution and instead offer a seemingly endless amount of chances to turn one’s life around, even when suspects show no interest in doing so. It’s led to a deadly prolific offender problem that has plagued the city for years, leading to the rising Seattle crime rates.
In fact, by quickly releasing Jama, they made it easier for him to nearly murder a man the very next day.

Serial killers go after vulnerable people. But what if a serial killer is more devious? A serial killer could get elected as a DA. Then he could in effect murder swaths of the population just by freeing vicious criminals. And he would get away with it.
One of the consequences of these Seattle Marxists like Pete Holmes, King County Prosecutor “Heroin”Dan Satterberg, King County Executive Dow Constantine, Seattle Mayor “Bighands” Jenny Durkin, et al is their Marxist policies oozes out of the Pugetopolis area and infects the other cities and counties in the area. With the rampant election fraud, (vote by mail only), the rest of the state suffers as the political wannabes and professional activist class marches outward.
Google the election results and you’ll see a sea of red. However, there’s 4 counties out of the 39 in the state that causes this dystopia. Also as the bastards that voted for this insanity finally get tired of the issues and move out they bring their voting habits with them. Sound familiar?
I’m starting to think that the Democrat plan may well be to drive people out of the cities, so only their types are left there.
As to why, lots of possibilities, among them are:
1) Voting fraud mills, with no one able to stop them - allows them to take over states, and the federal government, as we just saw.
2) Communications and transportation hubs - can extort the racists.
3) Very cheap housing (as people flee for their lives)
One of the things to understand is that tolerance level for crime is FAR HIGHER in some communities than others. Long ago we had a house cleaner from ‘the hood’. Really sweet, honest, Christian woman - we left money around the house all the time, never, ever touched it (and trust me, she was poor, dirt poor). The left wasn’t able to get to her, but they did get to her daughter by making her get pregnant (unfortunately, she was pretty much forced to send her kid to public school), so they did win in the long-term.
Anyway, she once told me that she was going to funeral later that day. I asked her about it - seems a friend worked at a gas station (in LaHood) and didn’t turn over the money fast enough to satisfy the ‘gorgeous mosaic”, so he shot and killed him. But what stood out about it was her attitude: “Well, those are the breaks, very sad, but some people have bad luck.” It was like he died of cancer or something...just another cause of death. No anger, no demands on politicians, just part of the circle of life - in that community.
Bottom line - if we think that leftist cesspools in what was once called cities will help win their votes, we’re dreaming. They may help us win more of the votes of people who flee, but not the ones left - to them, they have their (insane) form of heaven, after they complete their ethnic cleansing.
Stand your ground and double tap to the center of mass.
Do not depend on law enforcement to protect you. the liberals, communists/socialists, have, willfully and intentionally, castrated them of the ability to maintain law and order.
Lock and load and take care of yourselves.
