His method is to examine the folds on the paper ballot.
These ballots were folded by machine, and each valid one
was folded identically.
He can run the ballots through a device, and it will spit out
the ballots that weren’t folded by an official machine.
If they slipped fake ballots in, his system will pick it
up at once.
He said his method involved examining at the nano level. He could tell you where the paper was made the ink that was used, even if a human or a machine marks the ballot. I liked that he left no doubt as to his methods and made it so plain even a caveman could understand it. He just didn’t know that those politicians seemed to be dumber than a caveman.
That’s one of Jovan’s approaches and it’s excellent.
But what he showed today was different and is mind blowing.

If his machine can separate the actual ballots that are fraudulent, that is much better than identifying bad signatures on ballot envelopes. By identifying the actual ballots, they would know which candidate to subtract them from. This would be for the presidential election as well as all down ballot contest.
