Members of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday held a hearing to study Georgia’s Election Laws, and their past and present impact on the current Election cycle.
The star of the show on Wednesday was inventor Jovan Pulitzer.
Pulitzer explained how he could quickly audit their results using his technique of identifying fraudulent paper ballots and said he will do it for free.
Mr. Pulitzer said he has “no regard for the smoke and mirrors of how the machines work.” – IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PAPER BALLOTS.
“I don’t care about the machine. I don’t even care about the code that was written in the machine. What I care about is that physical artifact [ballot] and that physical artifact has material differences district to district that should not be there.”
Pulitzer said it would take him two hours to look at 500,000 ballots.
The Georgia State Senate Judiciary Subcomittee unanimously passed a motion to audit Fulton County’s absentee ballots with the process Pulitzer outlined during today’s hearing.

To add some detail....
He is specifically referring to the paper absentee ballots and not the machine ballots from the voting machines via the in person vote. Just wanted to put the focus on the target universe.
The several hundred thousand ballots scanned in the very short time can detect artifacts related to ballot printing, folding, mail processing, machine signatures, etc. that are related to various kinds of forgery. Some other means of analysis I think would be slower as I suspect they would be more manual to look at things such as ink and paper types.
He said his method involved examining at the nano level. He could tell you where the paper was made the ink that was used, even if a human or a machine marks the ballot. I liked that he left no doubt as to his methods and made it so plain even a caveman could understand it. He just didn’t know that those politicians seemed to be dumber than a caveman.

Don’t get too excited. The committee simply passed a measure REQUESTING that the Fulton County Board of Elections make available the ballots in question for inspection.

He’s the guy behind the development of bar codes/scans. He has an impressive resume. I watched one of his presentations a couple weeks ago about how pristine ballots were an impossibility and yet there were thousands of them counted in a particular state.
Also, every ballot is scanned and stored as an image - he doesn’t need the original ballot. He’s scanning the image of the ballot the machines captured when counted on 11/4. They have to save those for 22 months by law, I think.
So, he can scan rapidly through the digital pictures and only select those that do not have the creases - if they aren’t creased, they have never been folded and submitted in an envelope. In other words, not legit.

They actually hacked the Dominion systems during the hearing.
Absentee again?!? Wtf? Do the mail-in ballots, where the fraud took place!!! Absentee are normally rule followers. The mail in ballots were where the election FRAUD took place in spades.
Absentee audits are straw nman, misdirection.
If his machine can separate the actual ballots that are fraudulent, that is much better than identifying bad signatures on ballot envelopes. By identifying the actual ballots, they would know which candidate to subtract them from. This would be for the presidential election as well as all down ballot contest.

From hundreds of thousands of MAIL-IN BALLOTS, he can separate the ones that were NOT mailed from he ones that actually were mailed.
But what he showed today was different and mind-blowing.
He showed there were codes printed on the ballots and the codes were different for counties with heavy Republican registrations than counties with heavy Democrat registrations, that the machines reading the ballots with print codes for Republican counties would be rejected and put in the ‘adjudication’ file.
PURE FRAUD.
NO ARGUMENT.

And the majority of the politicians in the room were Republicans.
I watched the entire hearing and only one person seemed to be a Democrat.
Or, if they know Fulton County will never allow those ballots to be examined.
