Also, every ballot is scanned and stored as an image - he doesn’t need the original ballot. He’s scanning the image of the ballot the machines captured when counted on 11/4. They have to save those for 22 months by law, I think.

So, he can scan rapidly through the digital pictures and only select those that do not have the creases - if they aren’t creased, they have never been folded and submitted in an envelope. In other words, not legit.

Looks to me that he won’t be able to do that as the sub-committee only made a request to the Fulton County Board of Election. A request the Board could ignore for 22 months or more.
