He said his method involved examining at the nano level. He could tell you where the paper was made the ink that was used, even if a human or a machine marks the ballot. I liked that he left no doubt as to his methods and made it so plain even a caveman could understand it. He just didn’t know that those politicians seemed to be dumber than a caveman.

He’s the guy behind the development of bar codes/scans. He has an impressive resume. I watched one of his presentations a couple weeks ago about how pristine ballots were an impossibility and yet there were thousands of them counted in a particular state.

And the majority of the politicians in the room were Republicans.

I watched the entire hearing and only one person seemed to be a Democrat.
